Well hello there, long time no see.
Happy WOYWW to all my dear desking friends - I hadn't realised I had been away so long but in my defence I was in Spain for the whole of February and couldn't get my ipad to play with blogger so gave up trying to join in. We had a wonderful 4 weeks, but with hindsight are so glad we went exactly when we did. A week or two later and we'd probably still be there and I'm not sure how that would have panned out!! Anyhoo, I am here to show you my desk this morning.
I have a big job on, it's fairly low key crafting, but I need to make a start on wedding invitations for my son's wedding even though I'm not sure when they will go out, although as it's planned for September I am hoping we are still on course for that. Hen night to Edinburgh sadly already cancelled. The original plan was to have a big get together with the bridesmaids and family females on both sides and have a fun evening making them up together and drinking vast quantities of prosecco. Obviously that can't happen now so I'm getting on with it on my own. At least the prosecco stockpiling may come in handy.
Consequently I have a big pile of kraft card on my desk and the first job will be to create 50 centre fold cards. Something I could do whilst wandering through WOYWW desks I thought though the garden is calling and it's another lovely day. Hoping I'll get the urge to do some messy crafting very soon but at the moment I seem focussed on tidying and cleaning and finishing things off!!
Why am I telling you this? Because it's WOYWWednesday, the day when we go for a wander around the desks of the great and the good courtesy of the lovely Julia at Stamping Ground. Pop on over and join in why don't ya?
