What’s On Your Workdesk? Wednesday #359

Quickie from me today, need to get on.

IMG_2090

I had to do something paris themed this week so as I have got all the bits out I’ve stuck with it. Using mache shapes & MDF – hearts – ‘Mme Peyraud’ papers, and that lovely butterfly and moth stamp set from Mr Holtz. Also got my ‘frantage’ EPs out. Forgotten how much I love those. And that kraft waste where I die cut hearts mmm, must be able to do something with that!!

IMG_2091 (Edited)Well think that’s me set for today, though I’m guessing I should be thinking about the ATC swap – still haven’t done what I intended to do with the ATCs from last year. Ooops, time sure does fly.

Now we’ve had a tidy up the garden view is looking really nice in the Spring sunshine. (Alhough I can still see that horrible garage door my neighbours put up as their rear boundary – OH has a plan but he’ll probably be retired before he ever does it)

Wondering why I am telling you this? Click here and all will be revealed.

Happy Wednesday folks.

What a lovely garden you have! I've been trying to get out there but failed miserably this past fortnight. I've got veg seedlings that need plating out but it's still too chilly overnight. Me sprouting broccoli will need a Brazilian at this rate 😜
Love what you've got on the desk too, you really do make some pretty things 💖

that all looks just divine. I just only got the book yesterday, I browsed through and must say i was a bit disappointed that there are actually only a few pages dedicated to drawing faces, but maybe once I start practicing it's all i need, will keep you updated. never did ATC or a swap, sounds like fun though. happy WOYWW from Vicky #10

Your garden looks stunning and I couldn't see any garage door for the trees. Looks like your french inspired project is going to be stunning.

There is always something that needs doing in the garden isn't there. I've just come in from the garden after painting some trellis . Pretty hearts Cindy.

Hi Cindy, the heart is looking great! Try planting something like a Virginia Creeper, variegated ivy in front of that garage door- will provide colour, hide the blasted thing, and wildlife will love it too. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #8 xxx

You've certainly got some goodies out on your desk today and I love the hearts you've done. They're all very beautiful. You certainly have to use that waste - gelli plate springs to mind. What a lovely picture of your garden. It looks so peaceful. Barbxx

LOve all the neutral colored vintage stuff on your desk. You'll have fun playing with that. Awesome view of your garden with all that lush greenery. Luckily no one can see out my window in my photo today. We have a rocky dirt lot. Not at all exciting. PJ #61

Those hearts look beautiful.

Your garden looks wonderful. It was actually warm enough to spend time in our garden this weekend. Good thing, as my cat did not like daughter's new dog visiting!

A bit of a heart theme going on there this week. The garden is looking great - mine never looks this tidy - though the chickens do a great job of scratching the moss out of the lawn!!

What a lovely garden you have! Is it south facing? We are having terriblñe weather here so usually that means it's nice in the UK. So I hope you will be able to get out in that gorgeous garden and potter.
Thanks for visiting earlier,
Have a good week,
Lisca

Hi Cindy,
I love your Paris themed hearts, I'm sorry I missed out on that swap, but I am snowed under so it is just as well I did, but those hearts are very pretty.
Thanks for your visit to my page, and your compliments, the ~Dedication card was only assembled and not stuck when I took that picture, it changed somewhat in the gluing stage, but still very simple.

Good morning, Cindy. Looks as if spring has sprung in your part of the world as well. Love what you have going on there. I save all my relief punched strips for stenciling and in my mixed media journal.

Thanks for stopping by my blog this week. Your comment about SU appearing complicated intrigued me. They work like any other stamp. I like SU for the consistency in their colors across the board - paper, cardstock, inks, embellishments. Must be the OCD in me ;-) Creative Blessings on your week! Kelly #43
