I bought these little Kanban dresses with acetate overlays over a year ago because I though they were so pretty but, like many things in my stash, I need to use them up before they get lost or ruined.
I was not particularly fond of the frame that came with the pack as the colour doesn’t match that well, but decided to matt with a similar blue and mount on some Craftwork Cards ‘Correspondence’ papers. I used a touch of watercolour on the roses to make them a little more pinky/red and added a deep maroon ribbon. Used the rest of the paper to finish off the inside. I know just who this is for, and it’s going in the post today – cleverly that acetate overlay folds flat for posting.

I am falling in love with this pretty blue creation - it's so beautiful and very classy too! I am still trying to use up years of hoard, quite a lot of that was Kanban too.
