What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday #585 - Giveaway!!

Hello there, hope all is well with you. It's Wednesday again, really can't get my head around how that happens so quickly. I have to be honest, despite my best intentions if I don't get to you by Thursday lunchtime I'm probably not gonna make it, other things get in the way and the days just go too fast. However if you tried to pin me down I probably couldn't tell you what I'm doing........ Anyhoo, here's my desk.

Pic as of Tuesday afternoon, as I knew I intended to tidy my room Tues evening. As you can see I have had a bit of a week of obsessing over the leaf backgrounds we did with Tracey Evans. I did so many of them (beware:- as addictive as gelli printing) I made two more books and a whole bunch of cards. They are all pretty much the same!! So I have basically been playing with the same stuff all week. 😊 Time to stop and put a few things away methinks but I haven't used all the tags yet!! (See how clean that desk is!!)

Anyhoo, I thought we could have one of the books as a giveaway.

If you want to be included please indicate in the comments, I'll leave it a week and pick someone out next Tuesday.

Why am I telling you all this? Because it's WOYW Wednesday, the day when we go for a wander around the desks of the great and the good courtesy of the lovely Julia at Stamping Ground. Pop on over and join in why don't ya?

Have a good Wednesday.

Stay home. stay well, stay safe.

Cindy x

Did I count three books and twelve cards? My goodness, it certainly got your imagination - but wasn't it fab doing those leaf prints? I was tempted to do them on every tag but stopped myself by running out of tags. Still haven't found the set I originally cut! But will definitely have to do more when my wound is healed.
So glad you enjoyed it because, it was your first with T wasn't it? I am not doing the next one, won't be up to it but might pay for it and do it later if I decide to.
Love the purple iris, what colour did you use for that - it seems perfect to me.
Lovely idea to have one as a give away but I won't join in, it would be greedy of me. Good luck to those who do!
Hugs, Neet 7 xx

What fantastic tags you have made!
So smart to do several at once in the same style.
They are beautiful.
I'm very happy to be in your draw.
Have a nice week and I agree with you that time
flies away way too fast.
Stay healthy!

Your tags are brilliant, Cindy! I love that warm orange colour scheme, and the 3-D flowers too. So much texture and interest. Thank you for visiting and for your kind words - so glad you liked my outfit this week! Many congratulations on the weight loss - you are doing great if you can get into The Dress! After a few weeks of giving up sugar in drinks, you soon don't miss it, and if you taste it with sugar in after that, it tastes horrible! I gave up sugar in tea and coffee when I was a teenager and the coffee was by far the hardest, but I got there in the end. Hope you manage to do the lentil recipe! If you are using a food processor rather than a blender, it might be best to soak the lentils for a few hours beforehand just to soften them a bit. Start with slow speed and then increase. Let me know how you get on!

Happy WOYWW,

The postage would take away from your craft stash so I won't enter the giveaway but it doesn't mean that I don't want it! They are so beautiful. I love the way the flowers pop on the background. Isn't it so rewarding to set them all out when you finish? I love doing that after I make a batch of cards. Have a wonderful week!

Gorgeous tags and cards - I love the purple iris, it's absolutely stunning (and one of my favourite flowers). So sorry I'm late getting round, mild toothache turned to a raging infection Weds afternoon and one trip to emergency denist and antibiotics later I'm just about back to having some idea of what I'm doing!!
Hope you are having a good week,

That's a very clean desk indeed Cindy, great job ;) I love all the tags, some work you managed to do, I haven't done much myself as the heat wasn't gone 'till yesterday... and I think I need a day or two to 'get in the flow' again. Thanks for visiting my blog the other day, have a great weekend! Hug from Holland. Marit #8
