What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday #759

Morning deskers, welcome to our weekly Wednesday Blog Hop - WOYWW. Here's the link to the one responsible, the lovely Julia at Stamping Ground - pop on over and join in, see what it's all about and join in yourself.

Oh boy, just 5 more sleeps to the big day! I hope that everyone has done everything they need to do and are just finding some time to enjoy the season and relax with family and friends.

I admit I have never been this organised. I was a bit late out of the gate with a couple of things but I am all done now, and I actually have time to do a bit of housework and sorting. The reason for this is that as a family we are not doing presents AT ALL this year and I am not hosting on Christmas Day. It takes the stress out of the whole thing. I can really recommend it, and tbh although our Christmas will be quiet I am quite looking forward to that as this year seems to have passed at breakneck speed. But, to business....

The desk is pretty empty but in order to have a photo of something I have taken out the projects from the workshop I attended at the end of October that still need to be completed. There is a Christmas House,  a little snowman, a church 'window' and a rather funky hanging decoration that needs to be finished. They won't be done before Christmas but will be something to play with over the holidays when I have a minute and the inclination.

One of the reasons for the busy year has of course been this little chap. So I'll finish with Christmas greetings from my own little festive character.

Merry Christmas!! Love n hugs Cindy xx

Ooh,I want to pick Lionel up and give him a big kiss. he is adorable and you are so lucky to have such a gorgeous baby grandee. Those chubby cheeks get me every time.
Anyway, thank you so much for the beautiful card and the star. I was so taken with the star that I am currently redecorating something so that your star becomes a focal part of it. That way it will come out every year and remind me of you. Thank you so much Cindy.
I don't know what is in the air this year but I too am organised and ready. Here's to a lovely quiet Christmas filled with love for you.
Lots of Christmas Hugs, Neet 3 xx

He’s definitely the cutest Santa I’ve seen this year! Gorgeous pics of a lovely little chap, give him a squidge from me xx. That’s a good decision re presents if everyone’s on board, I guess you get to a point where everyone has everything they need. I hope you have a really lovely Christmas with the family and enjoy all the festivities. Thanks again for the fabric, card and decoration, all much appreciated.
Hugs LLJ 7 xx

I'm late calling in cos I had a surprise customer this morning who wanted 7 memory bears making before Christmas!!! Hense I've been head down sewing all day and hope to finish them off tomorrow as I am out tonight at Sam's singing concert [He's singing a duet with a little 9 yr old little girl so will be taking my tissues ].
I'm doing a flying visit today to wish everyone a very happy Christmas. Hope to 'see' you all after the festivities.

Well I think you've got it right CIndy, a happy and peaceful Christmas coming ng your way I r! We're hosting but I'm determined to be so ready that Christmas Eve is just a nice quiet day off, bar a lot of potato peeling! I like the look of the bits and pieces on your desk, if I get the time and inclination I think it will be scrapbooking for me. It won't be clearing and sorting, that's for sure. Happy, happy Christmas, please channel some of my love into those baby cheeks, he's just so lovely...that elf outfit!!
