Morning deskers, welcome to our weekly Wednesday Blog Hop WOYWW, now being hosted on Sarah Brennan's blog. Here's the link for that lovely lady - Sarah's Craft Shed - pop on over and join in, see what it's all about and join in yourself.
Well I'm back after 3 1/2 weeks of lovely Tenerife sunshine, rested, refreshed and suitable chilled, (or would be if I wasn't so bummed out by the activities of a certain orange haired clown and his cronies but I'm trying not to let it kill my vibe for a few days).
The internet was terrible in both places we stayed so I had zero motivation to join in WOYWW. I'm guessing that is not a surprise. I've not got much crafting to show but here's my desk anyway.
Aah, well I did go to craft club Tuesday afternoon and made a start on a card for a very special boy.
Did I mention Little Splodge will be 2 on Sunday?
And he's crazy about diggers?
I'll let you see how the card turns out. Meanwhile here's a pic of him on a beach in Mexico. DD wanted to do a long haul flight before they have to pay for his seat and they had no babysitters as we were away ...I'm sure it would have been cheaper to pay for extra childminding but I think they had fun.
Hope you are all well. I have a clear day and everyone else should be gainfully employed elsewhere today so hopefully I can dash round to everyone without interruption - first time for everything.
Love n hugs, Cindy xx

What a gorgeous photo of your boy - my grandson loved diggers too. I think we still have several in our toy box. Enjoy your week.x x Jo 🌈
What an absolute sweetie Little Splodge is .
You must be so proud 😊
Ugh. Sorry the cheeto-man killed your vibe. I sit appalled by a new thing every day. Surely it must all implode soon right? Splodge, however, lifts my mood to no end. Gorgeous indeed. Try to focus on that sweet face and your vibe will return!
Happy knitting day WOYWW!

Lionel can’t possibly be two!!! Where did that time go, I remember him arriving so clearly. He looks like he’s having a great time on that beach, hope he ate a lot of sand, it’s a rite of passage. Sounds like you had a fab time on your hols too, blue skies just give you a spring in your step.
Hugs LLJ 2 xx
Great to see you back and ... rested lol . Can't believe splodge will be 2 . Happy woyww Helen #1
Don't get me started on that obnoxious man. I think he should be banned from our blogs. I was almost ill when I heard he had been re-elected and knew there would be trouble before long. Just don't understand why my American friends are supporters!
Thank goodness you put a photo of Splodge on to lighten my mood after that.Gosh, he is so adorable and looks lovely there in the sunshine of Mexico. Looking forward to seeing some photos of his birthday bash.
Glad you had a lovely holiday and I do hope it has set you up for the months ahead when, who knows, we might get some sunshine here at home.
Hugs, Neet 12 xx
Pleased you had a good restful holiday the little man is a real sweetie and I look forward to seeing the card you make for him. I refuse to say what I think about the American man as the words might shock you! Wishing you a very happy woyww, Angela x9x
Your grandson gets cuter by the minute!
The only thing I can say about the Orange Medlar is that his continued existence has dramatically increased the time I spend apologizing to G-d for the thoughts and daydreams I have experienced lately!
Glad you are rested and that you enjoyed your holiday! Have an outstanding week!
Hugz,
