Morning deskers, welcome to our weekly Wednesday Blog Hop WOYWW, now being hosted on Sarah Brennan's blog. Here's the link for that lovely lady - Sarah's Craft Shed - pop on over and join in, see what it's all about and join in yourself.
Sorry I've been AWOL again, hope everyone had a lovely Easter. Last time I posted I was bemoaning my lack of inspiration. Thank you all for your helpful comments. Of course eventually I got my act together and produced my double page. Didn't enjoy it and not entirely happy with it but it's done and ready to post but I said I would wait until the recipient gets back from holidays. Oh well, another few days lying around in my studio won't hurt I guess.
My actual desk? Nothing much happening, just been too busy to craft and only managing the odd card from the clutter of bits on my desk.
In other news, my DD Chelsey (a visualiser/stylist with M&S) and little Splodge have started on a new adventure. They have a company instagram page showcasing children's and women's clothing and guess who has a starring role? Pop over here to drop them them a like or a follow.
Excitement is building here for my DIL who is running in the London Marathon on Sunday for Teenage Cancer Trust. As a survivor herself she is a big supporter of the charity. Sadly despite rigorous training for MONTHS she has been plagued by an ankle injury for the last two weeks and yesterday came down with some random bug that has laid her low. Unlike this little chap she is not a happy bunny.
Have a great week, love n hugs Cindyxx

Oh I do hope your DIL can take part in the marathon Cindy. I know when my sister finally got a chance to run the London marathon it was a really big deal. For a good cause too. Love your journal pages. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah
Fingers crossed for your DiL, hope she gets to run if she’s well enough. Well done to your daughter in her venture, Splodge has got such an appealing face he could be a successful child model! Well done on completing the double page, I like it even if you’re not sure 😊

Oh man - that sucks for your DIL. Hope she recovers quickly and managed the run. That page is GORGEOUS - love the colours. And gorgeous splodge too :) Can't pick between them...
Problems commenting so being brief, but Happy WOYWW!

What absolutely crap timing! I hope your DIL can take part. I did follow the link but don't really get involved on Insta (not even sure why I created an account now) but good for them! I like the double pages. Happy WOYWW Helen #4
Love your double page and sending good luck vibes for your DiL.
Happy WOYWW

I hope your DIL's ankle feels better enough for the marathon, how disappointing after training for so long! I love the way you did your pages, with the flowers peeking out of the background! Cute little bunny you have there! Have a wonderful week, Lindart #13☺️
Hi Cindy. Sorry I'm late as I had to go into town this morning so on catch up now. Lying around in the studio sounds good to me ! Loving the journal pages too. Good luck to everyone for Sunday. Wishing you a happy creative woyww. Hugs Angela x8x
Sorry to hear about your DIL's health problems just when she could do without them. Hope she recovers in time to run the marathon. I also hope you find your enthusiasm for crafting returning, if only oh so gradually. I've just been through a similar experience and it is frustrating. Your journal pages are lovely. Have a good week. Elizabeth x #11
I do hope your DIL gets well enough to take part. I love the backgrounds of your pages. The whole pages are great. Happy WOYWW. Angela #14
That's a beautiful double page! Happy WOYWW! Susan #12
Well I think you pages are FAB-U-LOUS. Hugs from an extremely late and exhausted BJ after Faith Fest this past week! #6
