Gosh Wednesday again, I can hardly believe it. Slow start for me today, I'm posting this just before midday. Well here's the desk!!:
I'm planning on a bit of a production line for my little christmas exploding boxes. They went down well yesterday at class but thought I'd use up the remains before I put it all away. Had hoped to be done by lunchtime but starting so late I doubt that will happen.
I'm doing well at the Christmas cards - there are over 100 in those boxes. Still plenty more to plough through though, there are papers, stamps and dies still to come out the packet!! I'm rarely this organised and I'm not entirely sure how it happened.
These are a few of my favourites this year so far (with a nod to pinterest for some of them). I particularly like how the peel off one turned out, especially as I rarely use them but these came with my Christmas demo pack from docrafts. Also my new Craft Stamper mag - something to browse with a cuppa later I hope.
I should be in the garden, it's a beautiful day but just not in the mood today. This picture does not give a true representation of how beautiful all the autumn colours are in the sunshine. My wider view is even better. Sadly it won't last long.
Why am I telling you this? Well, pop on over to the Stamping Ground and find out all about this weekly desk hop
Me? I'm off for a nosy and I sincerely hope I get further than last week!!
Happy WOYWW Cindy
Job update: My son started work yesterday after a complete fiasco Monday when admin asked him to attend but had no one there to deal with him. You couldn't make it up. Came home from his first day with a temp and tonsillitis which has plagued him since he was 8. Still he's off to work suitably dosed up and armed with a ton of throat sweets etc. Hasn't been ill for a year. He really can't catch a break!!

Those cards are fabulous, you are clever! I share your lethargy today, haven't been feeling great and have no hwyl (Welsh for get up and go!) at all.

Cindy I think I need to be your best friend because I love all those Christmas cards and I want to be in your garden with you. I am about to start embarking on making mine. But I want all of yours. As for my garden, I have been meaning to put it to rest, but it won't stop raining. So I keep putting it off.
Thanks for sharing, it's truly a timely inspiration.

What a productive looking desk - you are sounding very organised and in control of the Christmas making - I just can't get my head around it at the moment! I love the cards and I hope you get your boxes made today.
Have a great week,
Diana x #16
Goodness you have been busy - love the cards you've made. It's been a very cold and wet day here all day - and now it's dark too!

I'm late, I'm late for a very important date.....but I'm here now catching up with a few of my fav blogs. My day started off early when Phoebe and Lulu arrived for a day of crafty fun with me whilst their brother Steve, their Mum and Grandad went to watch Steve play in a football tournament.....if you want to see more then I will share pics on my Friday smiles [cos there were lots of those].
I've not started making Christmas cards yet but I've ordered the card and envelopes so that's a start :-)
Hugs,

Cindy all those cards are beautiful, a wonderful contribution to your collection and really put me to shame. Really glad your exploding box went down well, it is a corker.
With the bad weather garden time has been hit and miss and any dry days always seem to be taken up with other chores but there are things that need doing so we can plan how we will reshape it all next Spring. Happy WoywW Tracey #3
P.S Daughters often have their Diva days :D hee hee!
I am so jealous of that great collection of Christmas cards especially as they are gorgeous too.Wishing you a very happy woyww and a lovely creative week, Angela x17x
What a hive of industry your desk is, Cindy. I never do anything about Christmas... Thank you for your visit. The teabag project has been a bit of a trial but I'm getting there now, I think - the trouble is I haven't had a lot of time to devote to it. Once I get this part sorted, I should be able to move on to the project proper - I'm not going to reveal what that is yet so you'll just have to contain yourself in patience my friend!!! Can't tell you when... my teabag project gets more and more like Brexit every day. Thanks for your sweet words about my welcome at the church - I must say I was quite overcome because I never expected it. Hugs, and a stroke for your "old lady" - she knows how to keep warm!
Happy WOYWW,

Oh Cindy, your garden is stunning and what an inspiring view. Love the collection of cards and can't wait to see how the exploding boxes conclude.

Wishing you a very happy WOYWW for yesterday. sorry to hear that your son is poorly when he as a new job. Wow, you have made so many Christmas cards already - how many more will you need! You look like you have a lovely big garden, our lawn is scattered with silver birch leaves today!
Lovely view of the garden - it's a typical moisty Autumn day here today. Hope your son is better - such rotten luck to feel poorly at such an important time for him, I need to get my head round making a few C cards (I went to buy my charity cards today as many local and national charities have them on sale in St Mary's church in Shrewsbury - beautiful old church) xx Jo
Thanks for your visit earlier.
Well done for continuing your cards, mine are still just piled up in boxes!
