Pouf! and Pouf again!! WOYWW #635

Somehow I missed 3 weeks, a combination of health, home, weather and wifi problems conspired to keep me away.  Hey ho, time sure does go quick when you are dealing with stuff.

The desk is empty as you can see, but I do recommend this series of books - The Rosie Project - by Graeme Simsion. The first two had me smiling and groaning all the way through. (If you are a fan of the Sheldon character in Big Bang Theory you will appreciate these). Yes I've also been reading too much to be productive. I did manage to squeeze out this card for a friend. I was sort of following another Sam Calcott tutorial.

I'm still trying to exercise but there have been a few missed days. I am getting on well with my hula hooping though and I'm sure it is making a difference to my back and my general bendiness round the middle. I wouldn't like to get too good at it though as once you aren't picking it up off the floor all the time it's pretty boring, I do between 5 and 10 mins a day. As promised I have a video, I just can't figure out how to post it here. Try to refrain from laughing. This was a couple of weeks ago though I don't think my technique has improved much.

Why am I showing you this? Well it's our weekly Wednesday Blog Hop - WOYWW. Here's the link to the one responsible, the lovely Julia at Stamping Ground - pop on over and join in, see what it's all about and have a go yourself.

Have a great week, stay well, stay safe, love n hugs Cindy xx

Oh no! not another book to add to the already massive Must read list.... Love that card, looks very unique. So another tutorial to add the THAT ever growing list as well. DOH! WOYWW is so good/bad for my to-do list and time management efforts, but I do love it.

Happy WOYWW.

Ha - I used to be really good on the hula when I was a kid but can't seem to get on with it now. The hoop I was using seemed heavy - not like those nice plastic ones we had as kids! xx Jo

what a fabulous card Cindy - glad you are getting to grips with the hula hoop. I have decided to go for an early morning walk round the lake at Trentham Gardens every other day. It is nearly 8000 steps from front door and back again and I need to lose some of this lockdown weight. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #3

What a great card - fun and quirky - love it! You are doing a fab job with the hula hooping - just a shame you can't read a book while doing it - now that would get me exercising more!!
Hope you have a good week,

Cute cards, but I don't get the Sheldon reference - probably because I never watched it? Saw the video - you're so good at it! Make me want to try! I'm sure it's very beneficial in all sorts of ways! Happy #635! xx zsuzsa #25

I just love those kitties they are so cute but not used them with such bright colours and will have to give it a go. Well impressed with the hula hooping, I could never keep them going like that. Wishing you a very happy woyww, Angela x17x

Oh well done on the hula hooping, it’s really tricky to pick up again and I admire you for doing so! You’re going to be whippety thin by the time you’ve finished. Hope all the background stuff isn’t being too problematic, reading is a good way to take your mind off things for sure. Love the cat card, the inside is awesome!

I love the kitty card, Cindy! It's really fun. You sound as if you've been super busy lately - I hope your health issue, whatever it is/was, will soon be better. Well done with the hula hooping! That brings back some memories - there was a huge craze for it when I was at primary school.

I hope you received the card I sent - my hubby promised he's posted it! If not, you can see the "virtual" version on my blog!

Happy belated WOYWW,

Enjoyed reading and looking at what you have been up to.
I haven't been active on WOYWW for such a long time and I lost my Artistic mojo ages ago. I am hoping for inspiration looking at prolific artists like yourself.
